• Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and travel dates when you submit an enquiry or booking.
• Number of travellers, tour preferences and any special requests (dietary needs, mobility requirements) you tell us about.
• Payment details when you pay for a confirmed booking — processed by our payment provider, not stored on our own servers.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) when you browse our website, collected via standard analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and, if you book, to plan and deliver your tour (arranging drivers, guides and, where applicable, hotels).
• To send you booking confirmations and updates relevant to your trip.
• To improve our website and tours based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
• To send occasional offers or updates, only if you've agreed to hear from us — you can opt out at any time.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share only what's necessary to deliver your tour: local guides, drivers, and — where your package includes them — hotels or activity partners. We may also share information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Delete your personal information, once we no longer need it to fulfil a booking or a legal obligation.
