Politique de confidentialité
Comment Tourinza collecte, utilise et protège vos données personnelles, conformément à la loi indienne DPDP et au RGPD.
Last updated: July 2026
Tourinza ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tourinza.com and our booking process, how we use it, and the rights you have over it — in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) and, for travellers booking from abroad, the EU's GDPR.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and travel dates when you submit an enquiry or booking.
- Number of travellers, tour preferences and any special requests (dietary needs, mobility requirements) you tell us about.
- Payment details when you pay for a confirmed booking — processed by our payment provider, not stored on our own servers.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) when you browse our website, collected via standard analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you book, to plan and deliver your tour (arranging drivers, guides and, where applicable, hotels).
- To send you booking confirmations and updates relevant to your trip.
- To improve our website and tours based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
- To send occasional offers or updates, only if you've agreed to hear from us — you can opt out at any time.
3. Who We Share Information With
We share only what's necessary to deliver your tour: local guides, drivers, and — where your package includes them — hotels or activity partners. We may also share information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We use standard safeguards (encrypted connections, restricted access to booking records) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so while we work to protect your data, we can't guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
Under India's DPDP Act (and GDPR, if applicable to you), you can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your personal information, once we no longer need it to fulfil a booking or a legal obligation.
- Stop sending you marketing communications.
To exercise any of these, just email us at hello@tourinza.com.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember basic preferences and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
7. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party sites (for example, Tripadvisor or Google Maps). We aren't responsible for their privacy practices — please check their own policies before sharing information with them.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults booking travel. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what a parent or guardian provides as part of a family booking (such as a child traveller's name and age for tour planning purposes).
9. Data Retention
We keep booking and enquiry records only as long as needed to deliver your tour and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally; the current version will always be posted here with an updated date.
